Wearable Therapy Brochure

Our innovative approach to rehabilitation and pain management helps minimize the effects of prior injury and movement-oriented disabilities. Wearable Therapy is an innovative medical device that combines surface electrical stimulation technologies with a personalized and tailored electrode garment. Our devices promote and foster a healthier body by encouraging joint movement, muscle activation and maximization of the body's potential.

We want patients focused on living, not on the challenges of the body.

BioBelt for Chronic Low Back Pain Brochure

BioBelts help the body suppress pain naturally, without the use of medications, by triggering the inhibitory reflexes inside the spinal cord to block the transmission of pain signals to the brain.

And because our clinically-proven BioBelts are customizable, we can effectively target your personal pain and specific medical needs.

Our goal is to get you to the first third of the pain chart.

Upper Extremity BioSleeve Brochure

Unlock your potential with the Upper Extremity BioSleeve from AxioBionics. Designed for muscle therapy, spasm relief, and pain alleviation, the BioSleeve puts activity back in muscles that lack control or are too weak to contract. It can be used every day of the year to fight atrophy, reduce spasms and improve joint range of motion.

We have configurations to stimulate the shoulder, arm, and hand depending on the needs of the patient and desired outcome.

Wearable Therapy® Pain Brochure

Chronic pain is a significant and disabling medical condition that affects the lives of many people, including patients, the surrounding family, friends and colleagues. It can limit one’s capacity to work, sleep and enjoy life. Patients with long-standing pain can become very weak due to inactivity. The loss of muscle strength, coupled with moderate to severe pain, may greatly reduce the ability to work or function at normal capacity. Patients may become so debilitated that any function lasting longer than 15-30 minutes, including activities of daily living, sitting and walking, may be very difficult or impossible. Read more...

TripleFlex™ Brochure

TripleFlex™ is an innovative new device that corrects hip, knee, and foot drop while putting energy into your step. Foot drop is a common problem in patients with neurological conditions such as multiple sclerosis, brain injury, and stroke. Foot drop is a condition in which the muscles of the foot allow the foot to drop down when walking. Patients with foot drop are at risk of tripping and falling.

Neurological conditions can also weaken the hip and knee flexors. This is called hip and knee drop. When all three joints lack proper control, walking becomes extremely difficult and taxing. Read more...

WalkAide® Brochure

WalkAide® is an advanced medical device that may provide immediate and dramatic improvement in walking caused by stroke, incomplete spinal cord or traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy or multiple sclerosis.

Interruption of the natural nerve-to-muscle communication between the brain and the leg inhibits one’s ability to lift the foot naturally. WalkAide® restores this lost communication by sending electrical signals to your peroneal nerve, which controls movement in your ankle and foot. Read more...

WalkAide® User Guide

The WalkAide® is a battery-operated, single channel electrical stimulator that is used to improve walking ability. It stimulates a foot lift at the appropriate time during the walking cycle. A foot drop occurs when a person is unable to actively lift the foot, resulting in the foot slapping on the floor or the toes dragging during walking. The WalkAide® stimulates a nerve as it passes below the knee and activates the muscles that raise the foot. The WalkAide® Patient Kit consists of a WalkAide® Control Unit, a WalkAide® cuff, and an electrode lead cable. A foot sensor is an optional item. Read more...
